hey, thanks so much for creating that video...im a student in gainesville going back home to orlando. In Gainesville, the students really push for organic eating and supporting local businesses. I was really afraid that Otown was just the place of McDonalds, construction, and highways, and that there wouldnt be a community pushing for the Locavore...I was wrong, and you gave me some great places to start researching and visiting. So thanks.

I really liked the video on the local food movement in Central Florida. While being in the mix its hard to see that anything is going on, however a deeper search found many great people trying to do something about it. How about proposing to the local legistlature to give up some land downtown for community gardens?

Hey John, I just linked to you from my Shrink Your Ecological Footprint site, but I'm noticing this post has a severe lack of links, and your viddler is missing a lot of those tags we love so much.

Last comment is about the comments: There's no name/link for the commenter - less fun for finding out who commented on the site - I can do that or Meagan, but it should be done.

Awesome video! Kait and I loved it.

Hello, congratulation in such a your great video. I got a lot of info, beside what I already knew. It is awesome to see somebody getting interested in CF local movement. I will love to become a better locavore :)

Great piece -- got the forward from my brother in Portland, OR, and I live outside of Philadelphia. He lived in Orlando for some years and was involved in this whole thing, and ironically we're both in your video for a couple of seconds (in the first band shown during the VegFest montage). My ex and I were in a food co-op and walking the good line up here, but I admit I've totally fallen off that wagon since we split two years ago. The fire is once again lit under me, though, thanks to your video. Thanks for your time and effort into this! I'd watch the news every night if it contained stuff like this -- as it is, I don't and it doesn't. . . .
