Winter Garden Harvest Festival: Local Folkus LLC producers of the Winter Park Harvest Festival, are partnering with the City of Winter Garden and Slow Food Orlando to produce the first Winter Garden Harvest Festival on May 5, 2012 from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. This outdoor festival will celebrate farm to table living, highlighting local farmers, artisans, food purveyors, and other important stakeholders in the region
Winter Park Harvest Festival: Sat-Sun, November 17th-18th W. Meadow of Central Park 150 N. New York Ave. A two-day event focused on connecting the grass-roots with the deep-roots of our local food-shed by celebrating our local farmers, gardeners, entrepreneurs and non-profits.
East End Market: The Market is Florida’s first food-enterprise incubator. The development of East End Market seeks to fulfill a need in the local food community for affordable retail / restaurant space. The market will include a commissary /commercial kitchen, a 125 seat banquet and event space, urban farm and space for small-scale food vendors.
Winter Park Urban Farm: is an educational site, co-founded by John Rife and Tia Meer, for the community to learn about growing food in urban areas. We have monthly events that are open to the public.
Audubon Park Community Market: Since 2009, this farmers market has been Central Florida’s source for the best selection of local food; from freshly picked produce to fully prepared meals. This volunteer-operated, pet- and family-friendly celebration of food, friends, art, and live music takes place in the Stardust and Shag’d parking lot at 1842 E Winter Park Road every Monday (rain or shine) from 6pm to 10pm.
